Gates Chili FCU is committed to the safety and security of our Members information, at every touchpoint.

One of the most important and helpful things you can do as a Member is to make sure that we have your most up-to-date contact information on file. Updated phone numbers, addresses, and emails are the first step in ensuring the highest level of security we can.

  • If you need to update your personal information you can do so within online banking, or you can contact us for next steps.

Online and mobile banking provides a safe and secure environment for our members, using the latest in encryption and security.

  • Be sure to keep your passwords in a safe location.
  • Do not share your personal information with anyone.
  • Gates Chili FCU will never ask you to confirm account information via email link or text message.

Mastercard Debit and Visa Credit Cards

  • Our debit and credit cards are actively monitored for suspicious activity. If any is detected, we will call to confirm your card is in your possession and that you are the person using it. We may block your card to protect you if we are aware of a significant threat.
  • If you have lost your card, or it has been stolen, please refer to our Contact Us page for information on reporting it.
  • If you will be traveling please contact us before you go, so that we can make note in our records to limit the risk of card interruption.
