Gates Chili FCU is very proud to support and provide to our members multiple scholarship opportunities. We encourage all graduating seniors to explore the options we have, join our Credit Union, and apply.

Gates Chili FCU Member Scholarship

This scholarship awards $1,000 to a graduating high school student to go towards their college education at an accredited college. Members may apply for this scholarship automatically when they apply for the Rochester Chapter of the Credit Union Association of New York Scholarship. Winners are chosen based upon academic and personal merit.

Gates Chili FCU Book Scholarship

Each year the credit union randomly selects four students to receive $250 scholarships to ease the financial burden of college textbooks. Current high school seniors who are a member of the Gates Chili Federal Credit Union may apply for this scholarship.
Entries are due by April 1 st of the current year.

  • This scholarship awards $1,000 to a high school student at Gates Chili High School who applies for, but is not awarded, the Gates Chili Teacher’s Association Scholarship.
